Watch a city move
through its timetable.

Turn routes and schedules into an animated view of public transport. Choose a city and a time of day to explore how scheduled services move across its network.

Movement estimated from schedules

The animation combines route geometry and scheduled stop times to estimate vehicle positions along a journey. It uses current and archived schedules prepared for the selected city.

These positions represent scheduled movement. For reported vehicle positions, the map has a separate Live vehicles (GPS) overlay where providers supply that data.

A clock you can control

Use the timeline to inspect a moment or play through the day. The clock shows local time in the selected city, and playback speed controls how quickly simulated time advances.

Use the available simulation day and transport filters to choose the services shown. Route lines provide context for the moving vehicles.
